The six probe regions are North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. Free measures from two of them, Pulse from three, and Sentinel and above from all six.

Before you pay

Every new account starts with 90 days of Sentinel, free and without a credit card. You point real checks at your own services and decide on your own data.

Automatic incidents and acknowledgment are part of every plan. On-call schedules, manual incidents, and post-mortems start with Sentinel. The comparison above shows each boundary before you choose.

Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the billing period. Billing and plan changes are self-service, and invoices are available as PDF.

What the paid plans are built for

At some point a customer, an auditor, or your own contract asks for proof. Perstat keeps the availability record and its reviewable exclusions.

The public sample shows the report structure. Each monitor view offers a PDF report for 7, 14, 30, or 90 days on every plan. The report is not signed or certified. CSV plus manifest is available on request.

When a quota fills up

A full quota does not force you into the next plan. Four quotas are available as packs, net per month:

You book and reduce packs in the product under Plan & usage. A pack attaches to a running subscription.

Packs raise numbers without unlocking features. A status page pack buys one more page, not a restricted-access page and not white-label. Those stay with the plan. Details are under plans and limits.

Alert paths and devices

Native push works on iOS and Apple Watch. Personal SMS starts with Pulse. On-call SMS and phone calls start with Sentinel and work without an Apple device.

Successful personal and on-call SMS and voice deliveries share the plan’s monthly and rolling 24-hour quotas. Voice is also capped at 2 calls per incident.

Scope

Perstat covers uptime and its reviewable availability record. It leaves deep tracing to the tools built for it.

Limits

There is no APM and no log management.
SAML SSO is not currently available.
There is no native Android app.

Leaving

Organization data is exportable on request today, as CSV with a manifest. For a current exit or deletion question, use the contact page. Details are under export and exit.
