Figures as of July 2026. Six probe regions today: North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia. Free and Pulse pick from them; Sentinel and up use all six. Every plan includes uptime checks and status pages. On-call escalation and incident command are included from Sentinel. Custom domains for status pages start at Sentinel, white-label at Command.
Prices are net and exclude VAT. Perstat sells to businesses only. Reverse charge applies for EU customers outside Germany with a valid VAT ID.
Questions we would ask too
Is the free plan honestly usable, or bait? Ten monitors at 300-second intervals plus a public status page, at 0 EUR with no time limit, is a real free tier for a side project. The paid plans exist for the moments money is at risk: SLAs, customers, on-call.
Why pay at all? Because at some point a customer, an auditor, or your own contract asks for proof. That is what Sentinel and above produce: on-call escalation, incident command, and an availability record that holds up when someone recomputes it. A one-click SLA report export is the stated next step.
Where are the certificates? We do not hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 yet and we say so. Our security page lists controls you can check instead.
Our team is on Android. Escalation is platform-neutral: push, SMS, and a phone call reach every phone. The native iOS app with Apple Watch is a bonus for Apple users, not a requirement.
Is uptime monitoring enough without APM? That is a deliberate scope decision: no APM, no log management. Perstat solves uptime and its evidence completely and leaves deep tracing to the tools built for it.
What happens if we leave? Your evidence is exportable on request today, and we delete on request. Details on the security page.
